Fuerteventura, Canary Islands : Corralejo - Shopping Streets
The main street leads slightly up hill away from the port and harbour, with indoor shoppping centres leading off it. Then to each side of the main shopping street are plenty of smaller side streets leading to the beaches or to the hotel and apartments. Each street is packed with shops. We were there in April 2009, when it was fairly quiet, but I have been there in previous years on a busy August day when it the roads and pavements were crowded with holiday makers looking for a bargain.
