The tiny beach at Playa del Valle on the western coast of Fuerteventura can be reached by driving down a very long, wiggly dirt track from the main road, leading to Tefia. It is a tiny settlement of private houses right on the beach, though a little way back on the hillside is a holiday complex, called Agua Verde.
The beach here is stoney, with ravines and a rocky cove. It seemed a popular spot with fishermen and the waves were impressively spectacular. NEXT ->
