We would certainly recommend hiring a car to explore the interior of Fuerteventura - especially this fantastic mountain scenery. This shot was taken on the road from Pajara to Betancuria.
The views are spectacular and the roads a dream. You really feel on top of the world here - although it is quite a bit chillier up here, so take a fleece as well as the sun-cream. NEXT ->
