This is the largest of the beaches right in the resort of Corralejo and is lovely. The beach isn't huge, but it is quite sheltered from the wind, compared to the Sand Dunes area round the coast. There is a small wind surf centre here - The Ventura - which runs a windsurf school, as well as hiring out boards.
The bay is curved and pretty, lined with cafes and restaurants where you can go for a long, cool drink or get a snack without ever leaving the beach. The views are gorgeous - out to the island of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura's neighbouring island of Lobos. There are even a few rock pools to explore. Something for everybody! NEXT ->
