Caleta del Fuste is a busy, well developed resort on the east coast of Fuerteventura.
It caters manly for British holiday makers, looking for sun, sea, sand and plenty of night life. There are lots of facilities for families here, from sea lion shows, submarine trips, whale watching, diving, jet-ski, catamaran trips - you name it, you'll find it. You can even ride a camel on the beach!
Speaking of which, the beach is perfect for little ones - it is nearly circular and with golden sand and play parks behind. There is a mini land train, to take you to your apartment - perfect if you have buggies, and all the paraphernalia to carry to keep your little darlings safe and happy for a day on the beach! Incidentally, you might well need the train: some of the accommodation is way up the hillside. It might be an idea to check out yours very carefully...
In the evening, there is no need to worry about finding something all the family will eat - there is a huge choice of restaurants and cafes serving everything from a traditional British grill to crepes, pizzas, pastas and even some Canarian food. Lots of the bars have live entertainment and dancing too. NEXT ->
